The most important part of implementation is our relationship with you.

 

We have regular interaction with our clients, with our walk-through calls and regular update/check in meetings, and we provide an end-to-end service to ensure the best user adoption possible.

We work with you wherever you are on your Zoho journey and the service we provide can be small developments, a system audit or a full system design, development and training. We pride ourselves on being agile and adaptable to our clients and their teams needs.

Once we have developed your Project Plan, you will have access to it, as well as a secure shared client folder and a named contact within Creative Analysis. We ensure you meet all the team and know who will be working with you on each part of your Project Plan.

Openness and honesty is a key value for us and in all our update meetings we will give you a clear snapshot of our progress on your Project Plan.

As a remote business we are able to optimise our time, by cutting down on travelling. This means we have more availability to add value to our clients. Whilst we are a remote business, we do have some clients that need face to face services. This can be arranged upon request.

Our first step with most clients that are already using Zoho, is undertaking a system audit.

The system audit
We take your system through our Audit process. We evaluate your system against a number of different checkpoints. When we have completed this, we deliver the results back to you. Once you have a clearer idea of what is working and what isn't, you can make an informed decision on what you need to address. We advise on the different options available to you, based on the results of the audit.
Our Full Design and Development Process
Design

We start by getting to know you, your business and your current systems. Whether you are just starting out, or have a system already in place – we will design and deliver workshops to identify what you need and which Zoho applications and licences would be best suited for you.

Facilitating in-depth design sessions with your team, we determine the architecture of your system. Workshops are delivered to scope the requirements of your business across all departments and to identify the best value Zoho licensing model.

Understand your business & gather your requirements
Once we understand your requirements, we recommend the best combination of Zoho apps for you and your business, recommend the most appropriate server (based on your location and GDPR laws) and the best value licensing model for your needs and business.
Design your system with our scoping workshop
The scoping workshop is your opportunity to discuss the design of your bespoke system with us. Relevant members of the team and designers who will be involved in your development will be invited to attend this workshop.
Map out your customer journey
Once we have mapped out your customer journey, we explore how this translates into your system. For example: a CRM pipeline and how you will move people through the pipeline in your bespoke system.
Build

We get to work on your system build. This is where the magic happens. We bring together all the applications for your bespoke system, customise them and make sure they all work seamlessly – individually and together.

Transforming all the design options discussed in the first phase into a usable system, our development team work closely with you to automate data processing and ensure all your applications work together, to reduce repetitive data input.

Base set up and applications integration
This is where we set up the foundations of your Zoho system, based on your specific requirements. We take the design of your system from the page to the physical system that you will use every day in your business.
Onboard users
We safeguard your system and your company data by identifying and implementing roles and permission levels for all users, perfect for when you have people that need different levels of access to information and data.
Customisation of your system
Once we have built the base structure of your system, we add in your custom fields for each module and create views so specific data you choose to see is available at the click of a button.
Advanced automation
This includes: email templates and design; SMS integration and templates; workflows, field updates, scheduled actions, automated buttons and APIs. All the things that make your business run that extra bit smoother!
Aftercare

We understand that towards the end of any project delivery and development, clients can begin to worry that they don’t ‘have’ us anymore. You can flexibly add support and aftercare hours packages to have us on hand. We like to build long term relationships to give you confidence that your system can be developed and scaled alongside your business growth.

We provide bespoke Zoho training tailored to your suite of applications. These are delivered either in-person or online for all Zoho applications. Our aftercare services include a named contact, priority support and access to the expertise of our team.

Training and aftercare
There are a number of options here. Onsite and online training for individuals and teams. Snippet videos you can watch time and time again. Aftercare packages ranging from banked hours through to bespoke monthly retainers to support your future growth and development. We have something to suit all levels of budget and support.
Highly specialised, sector specific customisation
If Zoho's off-the-shelf apps don't meet all your requirements, our developer can work with you to create specialised sector specific customisation. Different industries have different requirements. We work with you to create the customisation you need for your business, whether you are in law, education, healthcare - to name a few.
Advanced CRM pipeline
This is where we make your CRM work that extra bit harder for you. Includes Blueprint design, mapping information between modules and creating conditional fields.
