We have regular interaction with our clients, with our walk-through calls and regular update/check in meetings, and we provide an end-to-end service to ensure the best user adoption possible.
We work with you wherever you are on your Zoho journey and the service we provide can be small developments, a system audit or a full system design, development and training. We pride ourselves on being agile and adaptable to our clients and their teams needs.
Once we have developed your Project Plan, you will have access to it, as well as a secure shared client folder and a named contact within Creative Analysis. We ensure you meet all the team and know who will be working with you on each part of your Project Plan.
Openness and honesty is a key value for us and in all our update meetings we will give you a clear snapshot of our progress on your Project Plan.
As a remote business we are able to optimise our time, by cutting down on travelling. This means we have more availability to add value to our clients. Whilst we are a remote business, we do have some clients that need face to face services. This can be arranged upon request.
Our first step with most clients that are already using Zoho, is undertaking a system audit.
We start by getting to know you, your business and your current systems. Whether you are just starting out, or have a system already in place – we will design and deliver workshops to identify what you need and which Zoho applications and licences would be best suited for you.
Facilitating in-depth design sessions with your team, we determine the architecture of your system. Workshops are delivered to scope the requirements of your business across all departments and to identify the best value Zoho licensing model.
We get to work on your system build. This is where the magic happens. We bring together all the applications for your bespoke system, customise them and make sure they all work seamlessly – individually and together.
Transforming all the design options discussed in the first phase into a usable system, our development team work closely with you to automate data processing and ensure all your applications work together, to reduce repetitive data input.
We understand that towards the end of any project delivery and development, clients can begin to worry that they don’t ‘have’ us anymore. You can flexibly add support and aftercare hours packages to have us on hand. We like to build long term relationships to give you confidence that your system can be developed and scaled alongside your business growth.
We provide bespoke Zoho training tailored to your suite of applications. These are delivered either in-person or online for all Zoho applications. Our aftercare services include a named contact, priority support and access to the expertise of our team.
