Introducing CAMi

What is CAMi?

Creative Analysis MetaImpact (CAMi) is a service that helps individuals, teams, and organisations measure and make visible the impact they have on People, Profit, Planet, and Purpose.

Too often, impact measurement feels like ticking boxes. Most organisations already track finances and outputs, yet the most meaningful value often remains hidden: the wellbeing of people, the strength of relationships, the care for the planet, and the sense of purpose that guides decisions.

CAMi brings these things into view so you can tell a richer story of your impact and make stronger choices for the future.

How does it work?

CAMi is powered by the MetaImpact Framework® (MiF). It is one of the most comprehensive frameworks for understanding value and impact.

We guide you through three clear stages: Discover, Design, and Deepen. Each stage builds a fuller picture of your organisation’s impact, not just what you already know but also what might be overlooked, hidden, or hard to measure.

Discover

We begin by exploring the impact you are already having: both what you know and what might be harder to show.

Part 1 – Visible Impact

We look at the value you are already creating. This includes what you currently measure, how you are measuring it, and whether it gives you what you need. We also look at what you know you are doing but are not yet tracking.

We explore ten value areas across four types of impact:

  • Human, Health – considered to be ‘Clear’ impacts
  • Manufactured, Financial, Natural – considered to be ‘High‘ impacts
  • Cultural, Social – considered to be ‘Wide‘ impacts
  • Spiritual, Psychological, Knowledge – considered to be ‘Deep‘ impacts

This helps build a picture of what is working well, what is being recorded, and where the gaps may be.

Part 2 – Invisible Impact
Next, we look at outcomes and impacts that are going unrecognised. These are things you are already doing that carry value but are not yet visible.

We use our experience to help spot these hidden areas and explore how they might be surfaced, measured, or better understood. To do this, we use three simple perspectives:

  • Personal insight – what individuals experience or reflect on
  • Group voices – what the team or community observes
  • External view – what can be measured or seen from outside

These perspectives give a richer and more balanced picture of impact. You do not need to cover everything. Sometimes the most useful insight comes from what is missing.

Design

Once we have mapped your impact, we work with you to design ways of making it more visible.

This is a collaborative process. We do not step in to measure for you. Instead, we bring ideas and examples to help you choose what is right for your organisation. This could include stories, statistics, surveys, dashboards, or simple ways of collecting feedback.

We also look at where you may want to grow. That might be expanding into new areas, filling important gaps, or rebalancing your efforts. The goal is to agree on something meaningful, achievable, and relevant to your context.

Part of this stage includes co-creating a practical action plan. This sets out which impacts to focus on, how to measure them, and how to bring the findings into everyday use.

Deepen

After the plan is created, our work continues.

You will receive structured support over the next 12 months through quarterly sessions. These formal check-ins are part of the service. They review progress, provide guidance, and help you adapt as circumstances evolve.

We are here to help you stay on track, make informed decisions, and deepen your impact over time.

What you get

The result is a balanced picture of your impact across the four types:

  • Clear Impact: skills and behaviours
  • High Impact: systems and environments
  • Wide Impact: relationships and culture
  • Deep Impact: mindsets and meaning

The process is visual and participatory. You see your impact come to life in colours, quadrants, and value areas that everyone can engage with.

At the end of the programme, you receive:

  • A tailored Impact Report showing your presence across People, Profit, Planet, and Purpose
  • An Impact Plan with practical steps for how to start, improve, or expand your measurement
  • 12 months of support so we stay with you as accountability partners and help you keep momentum

What is the outcome?

Organisations that use CAMi gain:

  • Vision: of their full impact, beyond finances
  • Clarity: the ability to tell their story with confidence to funders, partners, and communities
  • Momentum: through small wins and steady progress that build lasting change
  • Influence: attracting more funding, stronger partnerships, new customers, and happier teams

Ultimately, you walk away with a clear and credible way of demonstrating impact. One that honours people, protects the planet, sustains profit, and stays true to purpose.

Why MetaImpact, why CA?

CAMi is powered by the MetaImpact Framework® (MiF), developed by Dr. Sean Esbjörn-Hargens, a global leader in integrative thinking and organisational design, and carried forward with Claudia Meglin, an integral systems designer dedicated to shaping sustainable and regenerative enterprises.

We are proud to be the first and only UK strategic partner of MetaIntegral, an esteemed global transdisciplinary design firm.

At Creative Analysis we have always worked differently: flat in structure, people-centred, and self-managed. We avoid unnecessary bureaucracy, invite collaboration, and believe in making value visible in human terms. CAMi reflects this ethos. It is both part of our wider digital transformation practice and a standalone service for organisations that want to measure impact in a more human and holistic way.

We adopted MiF because it aligns with our belief in human-centred transformation. We make metrics meaningful not by reducing complexity but by revealing what lies beneath. For us, impact is everywhere, and it can be measured in ways that bring people along rather than leaving them behind.
