OUR PURPOSE

The purposes of the Company are to promote the success of the Company for the benefit of its members and, through its business and operations, to have a material positive impact of society and the environment, taken as a whole. In particular, the Company shall run a business that co-creates solutions that lead to increased business efficiency and happier teams.

OUR WORKSTYLE

  • We have no managers, and we don’t ask the others for permission before we take day-to-day actions, although we agree to consult others if it affects them (internal or external) or if they have relevant expertise.
  • We communicate regularly and fully, to maximise shared learning and minimise surprises.
  • We avoid unnecessary administration or bureaucracy.
  • We run a remote business and our ambition is for it to remain as a remote business and we are open and honest about this with all of our clients.

Responsibility. We take responsibility for our own actions, projects and deliverables. We manage our own time whilst always committing to the collective agreed client deadlines. We all commit to open communication in order to agree on new delivery dates as soon as possible, if deadlines are genuinely going to be missed.

Team Work and Support. We aim to provide a supportive environment that empowers and encourages team work and personal growth. Prioritising personal support for each other at all times.

Respect. We treat each other with dignity; we start from the premise that the other’s view is valid and needs to be understood before we react; we treat our clients with respect and honesty.

Fairness. We honour the agreed payment terms of our associates and we fulfil our commitments.

Efficiency and Effectiveness. We get things done. We commit to regular communication to manage expectations at all times.

Continuous Learning. We choose to work with experts and as such we expect our associates to stay up to date with the latest developments in their field.

Communication. You agree to include us on ALL communication direct to the client using approved channels only. In most cases this will be E-mail, Cliq or Connect. At no time should communication be carried out with the client using text message, WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.
