As the business expanded to connect over 250,000 homes with plans to reach 500,000; it recognised the need to strengthen its digital backbone.
To sustain rapid growth without adding unnecessary complexity, Grain Connect partnered with Creative Analysis to unify its systems under Zoho One. The goal was simple yet transformative: to bring people, processes, and platforms together in one connected ecosystem that could scale with confidence.

Using Desk Departments, tickets are now automatically routed to the right teams based on type and urgency. Zoho Analytics
Previously reliant on manual reporting, teams lacked the live data needed to make confident decisions. Zoho Analytics now processes over two million rows of data daily – integrating AWS databases, QuickBooks, and CRM to generate real-time dashboards.
