Medica Forte supports clinicians and aesthetic professionals with dermatological products, education, and the operational support that helps practitioners deliver safe, confident outcomes. As the business grew, the team wanted to strengthen the practitioner journey behind the scenes, protecting quality and trust while making day-to-day operations calmer and more consistent.


Their Challenge
Growth brought opportunity, but also operational strain. Practitioner sign-ups and customer information existed across WordPress registrations, forms, spreadsheets, and email trails, making it harder to segment audiences, follow up consistently, and maintain a reliable source of truth. Medica Forte also had a valuable backlog of professional registrations that were difficult to reactivate at scale because extracting, cleaning, and actioning the data required too much manual effort. The team wanted automation to help, not replace judgement, particularly where verification and safe practice matter.
