Growth brought opportunity, but also operational strain. Practitioner sign-ups and customer information existed across WordPress registrations, forms, spreadsheets, and email trails, making it harder to segment audiences, follow up consistently, and maintain a reliable source of truth. Medica Forte also had a valuable backlog of professional registrations that were difficult to reactivate at scale because extracting, cleaning, and actioning the data required too much manual effort.
