The Digital Hub has launched!

It is with great pleasure that I announce I have joined forces with Janet Bebb, Social Progress to launch The Digital Hub in the former antique shop at Bridge House, Honley.

On Friday 27th June, Janet  and I opened the doors to our newly renovated office space and the home of The Digital Hub. It was great to welcome so many people into the new space and to introduce them to our businesses.

The aim of The Digital Hub is to bring CRM systems, email marketing and social media to the high street. I am particularly keen to bring new skills, tools and expertise to the high street for local businesses to access.

With the twinning of our businesses, Janet and I offer the joint product “Social Feeder” which uses social media to drive traffic to a landing page. This captures the visitor contact details and “feeds” them directly into a CRM system, ready to turn those leads into sales.

We aim to continue to offer our individual services as well as to explore further the synergy between our two core service offerings.

Creative Analysis Ltd, formed in 2010, offers smart digital CRM systems to help businesses turn contacts into customers – while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Social Progress Ltd was founded in 2011 by Janet to offer social media training, consultancy and content management and help firms with brand awareness and the use of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest.

The former antique shop has received a complete facelift. The refurbishment of the old shop included providing a new training room, a meeting room, a kitchen and washroom, new windows and carpets. The main entrance has been transformed into a modern, light and open office space.
